Game Player Advance

A few weeks ago Tom Perez had sent me a few pictures of his Game Player Advance, a generic Famicom clone. The Game Play Advance looks to be quite similar (if not the same) as the infamous Polystation Famicom clones, which had been marketed a few years ago. Packaged with the clone are a few controllers and a Famicom multicart.

The Famicom multicart probably has the generic games found on most Famicom multicarts: Super Mario Bros., Duck Hunt, Pac-Man...you get the picture. The label art does show more interesting things, such as Sony's boob woman, Lara Croft. However, we all know not to trust the labels on Famicom multicarts.

In regards to the actual Game Player Advance unit itself. The unit is very shoddy, Tom said that his unit had broke after using it only once or twice. To me, the Game Player Advance just seems to be another Polystation clone with a slightly different design. We all know that the world doesn't need any more of those :)
