OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1.This and other specially marked packages of Color Dreams Nintendo compatible and Sega Genesis compatible cartidges offer the Color Dreams "PLAY FOR CASH" Instant Winner Game. Play the video game and if your cartridge is a winner, A POT OF GOLD will appear before you reach World Two and your prize and code number will be revealed. All prize claims subject to verification. Random distribution of winning cartridges supervised by National Judging Institute, Inc., an independent judging organization.

2. For a free game piece and chance to win, while supplies last, write to: Color Dreams, P.O. Box 3638, Syosset, NY 11775-3638. Requests must be made seperatly and be recieved by 2/15/92.

3. To claim prize: mail winning game cartridge securely wrapped, for verification, along with your name, address, zip code, prize claimed and code number handprinted on a 3" by 5" paper, via certified mail, return receipt re-quested to NATIONAL JUDGING INSTITUTE, INC., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747. All prize claims must be received by 3/15/92. Allow up to six (6) weeks for prize shipment. You will also receive a replacement for your winning cartridge.

4. Prizes and odds of winning are: Grand Prizes for all eligible Color Dreams cartridges (5): $1,000 - in 45,000; First Prize for Nintendo compatible cartridges (50): 10 Nintendo compatible cartridges - 1 in 4,500; First Prize for Sega compatible cartridges (10): 5 Sega Genesis compatible cartridges - 1 in 22,500. Prize cartridges will be selected by sponsor. Winners will be notified by mail. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

5. Any cartridge or official game piece, or other game materials forged, altered, defaced, mutilated, or tampered with in any way, containing printing or other errors or obtained through other than intended channels is automatically void. Decisions of judges are final. No responsibility assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail. No more than listed prizes will be awarded. Although it is intended that no more than the listed winning game pieces/cartridges will be distributed, if for any reason, such as printing or production error, the number of winning game pieces/cartridges recieved for any one of the prize levels is greater than the number of prizes listed for that level, those prizes listed will be awarded in a random drawing from among all winning game pieces/cartridges recieved for that level.

6. Prizes non-transferable; no substitutions allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Taxes if any, are responsibility of individual winners. If a Grand Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in name of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Open to residents of the U.S., except employees and their families of COLOR DREAMS, INC., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, printers and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc.
