This cart is owned by Niels Pitt. It is a copy of Werewolf, it is housed in an empty Cobra Command case. The circuit board features Eproms and many wires on the back, cool stuff. An interesting thing to note: the label on the front says 6/28/90 while the marker on the back dates the cart as 6/30/90. Go figure.
