Hands Free NES Controller
When I think about all I want but don't have, I come to realize that there are a lot of people in this world who are worse off then I am. Nintendo realized this too, they made a Hands Free controller for the NES. Perhaps you were in a bad accident and became paralyzed, or maybe you were born without your arms. Either way, the hands free controller allows you to play any NES game except for those requiring special controllers, such as the zapper and power pad.
The hands free controller consists of a small plastic box that straps onto the gamer's chest. The box contains a special joystick that is controlled by the player's chin. Players use the A and B buttons by making small puffs and inhalations through a tube attached to the box.
The cost of this controller was $120, though it is not being sold anymore. Todd (the boy in the picture) of Grapeview, Washington, was in an accident and he lost use of his hands. Before the accident, Todd was an avid Nintendo player. Todd's eagerness with the controller helped him with using special computer keyboards as well. Best of luck to you Todd, wherever you are! Thanks, Bill H, for the information.
