Quick whats your favorite boxing game? Mine to Punchout. Not the cheap version I'm talking Mike Tyson's Punchout! Now this is a real game. This is one of the best playing/looking games for the NES a must have!

You assume the role of Little Mac, a scrapy little boxer working his way up the latter to become the Heavy Weight Champion of da World! The controls for this game are outstanding, use the control pad to dodge or block punches and the A & B buttons to throw punches and super upper cuts. There are many tough fighters in this game and it keeps you interested. As you climb in rank (by beating other boxers) a password will save your progress.

When you get to Tyson dont worry about punching him for the first 45 sec. if he touches you in that time you go down! After the first 45 seconds you can start sticking and gabbing, at this time Lil' Mac can handle a couple of Tyson's punches but ONLY A COUPLE!

MIKE TYSON'S PUNCH OUT by Nintendo

One of the 1st sports games ever to make it big was Punch Out. Little Mac became as much as a Nintendo superhero as Mario and Luigi and paved the way for other arcade minded sports games like NBA Jam or Blades of Steel.

Punch Out still has really great graphics. All the characters look a bit different and they all have funny movements for being punched. The detail is just great. The sound is classic 8 bit. Cute, yet rambling on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on... well, maybe you get the point.

The control responds well and a preschooler could figure out the button layout.

The challenge is excellent.

The game starts out with Glass Joe. If you can't beat Glass Joe, then throw your computer out the window. NOW!!!!

You don't deserve to use a computer. You don't even deserve to own one.

Mike Tyson is the final boss and is about as hard to beat as the Chicago Bulls {as much as I wanted Utah to win}

BUTTON LAYOUT

A:Right Punch

B:Left Punch

Select:Super Knockout

Overall, this game is really awesome. You might not to be able to find the original form in the stores beacuse of Tyson's well-publicized battle with the law. {If you don't know, I'm not going to tell you} You can probaly find a newer version with a boss named Mr. Dream or something like that.

Anyway, its still a classic game that everyone should one 5 > STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
