I saw pictures for a 3 in 1 Famicom multicart on Ebay a few years ago. The cartridge had seemed to be your standard multicart, containing copies of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II, Isolated Warrior, and Adventure Island II. The cartridge art had caught my attention---for Isolated Warrior, they swiped some of Color Dreams' Raid 2020 box art. Hmm.
