This is a Brazil release of the Color Dreams game Captain Comic. This version of the game was published by Gradiente, a large game pirate outfit of South America (though Gradiente now releases Nintendo games for Nintendo themselves). As with Gradiente's version of Baby Boomer, the same story applies here. Color Dreams sold off their extra PROM chips to Gradiente after lacking sales in America.
