This is a Brazil release of the Color Dreams game Baby Boomer. This version of the game was published by Gradiente, a large game pirate outfit of South America (though Gradiente now releases Nintendo games for Nintendo themselves).

Jon Valesh offers some incite on this release of Baby Boomer. " Baby Boomer was the first CD title made, and something around 200,000 PROMs were burned for it. Only a small fraction of that number ever sold in the US. PROMs, once burned, can't be reused, though there was a fair amount of talk about whether you could use x-rays, or anything else, to erase them. In the end they were sold off to someone in South America. It seems likely that they went to Gradiente in Brazil, though I don't recall the name ever being used. I don't know about Captain Comic, but I expect the same is true. After that, PROMs were burned as product shipped."

Special thanks to Bonaccorsi for the box scans, and to jbholio for the cartridge scan.
